How much does Allolea cost per day?

The Standard plan costs €0.66 per day per property (€19.99 per month incl. VAT). The Premium plan costs €0.99 per day per property (€29.99 per month incl. VAT). Billing is monthly.

Can Allolea replace my channel manager?

Yes, on the Premium plan. Allolea connects directly to Airbnb and Booking.com via Channex: you manage nightly prices, availability and stay rules from the Allolea calendar, and bookings are imported automatically. If you already use Hostaway, Hospitable or SuperHote, you can keep them.

Which platforms do you cover?

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and WhatsApp. We also connect through Hostaway, Hospitable and SuperHote if you already use them.

Do you reply in my name?

Yes, on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo: guests see your name or your company's. On WhatsApp, they write to the Allolea Guest Service number. Either way, we follow your rules and your tone.

Which languages do you reply in?

In the guest's language. Our team handles the conversation, so there is nothing for you to translate.

How long does it take to start?

Straight away. Once your listings are connected (24 to 48 hours) and your property details and processes are filled in in the app, the team is up and running.

What happens in an emergency?

Emergencies are flagged and escalated straight away: we contact you within minutes and coordinate with local contractors if needed.
