Is the channel manager included in the Standard plan?

No, it is part of the Premium plan: €29.99 per property per month including VAT, or €0.99 a day.

Which platforms are connected?

Airbnb and Booking.com, through an official Channex connection.

Do I need to recreate my listings?

No. Your existing listings are connected to your Allolea properties. Allolea does not create listings.

Does Allolea set my prices automatically?

No, there is no dynamic pricing. You set a base price and date-specific overrides, and Allolea publishes them.

What happens to bookings?

New bookings, changes and cancellations are imported automatically into the Allolea calendar, and guest messages go to our team.
